Our Obligations
We will not sell, or distribute your details
to 3rd parties without your consent,
You will not receive email marketing from
ourselves without your consent,
Details of your audio collection are kept
private (unless you consent to receive details relating to the
content, such as local concerts, etc),
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law, in no event shall Cloud Audio or its suppliers
be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or
consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation
damages for loss of business time, business profits, business
information, or any other kind of loss) arising out of the use
of, or inability to use the PRODUCT, or the failure to provide
support services, even if Cloud Audio, or one of its supplies
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Cloud
Audio's entire liability shall not exceed the price paid for the
PRODUCT.
The Content you Upload
You have full control of the content
uploaded, if your account is closed, your content is removed
from AudioSAFE,
Uploaded content might be used by ourselves
in these ways (applies to audio content only):
Album Art & ID Tags will be utilized for
auto tag correction services,
Audio portion will be processed:
finger-printing audio to identify and possibly provide error
correction abilities to others with the same track, but with
ripping / corruption errors.
All processing of content is done
anonymously, without personally identifying the account audio is
uploaded with.
Non-Audio has limited backup storage (per
user), which is shown in the backup client.
We claim no ownership rights of any files
uploaded. Accounts can access files only which have been
uploaded by said account.
Your Obligations
You must maintain an active client on your PC
which connects to AudioSAFE at least once every 6 months,
failure to do so will result in warning emails, then your
content being removed from AudioSAFE,
Your email account associated
with an account should remain active, without access to this
account any lost log-in credentials cannot be sent. Cloud Audio
will not manually look into accounts to divulge passwords. Email
addresses can be changed at any time with the correct access
password. Your password should not be given to any 3rd party.
Our service is not to be abused, this includes reverse
engineering or attempting to access files which you do not own.
Should your collection require to be
restored, you agree to only restore to yourself and not to a 3rd
person.
